Account Information: Name, organization name, email address, mobile phone number, and billing details provided during client onboarding.
Workstation Machine Identifiers: Non-personal SHA-256 hardware hashes (Machine ID) solely utilized for single-workstation cryptographic license binding.
Transaction Data: Razorpay payment identifiers, transaction references, and timestamp receipts. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or CVV on our servers.

2. Purpose of Processing

Information collected is used strictly to provision software licenses, dispatch automated SMS and email threat notifications configured by you, and deliver administrative support.

3. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell or trade your data. Data is shared exclusively with authorized infrastructure providers necessary to fulfill service operations:

Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.: For PCI-DSS compliant payment processing.
TheSMSBuddy: For TRAI/DLT-compliant transactional SMS dispatch.
