1. Digital License Nature

Remote Access Guard is delivered digitally via instant software binary download and immediate hardware-bound cryptographic key provisioning through the customer portal.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel an order prior to assigning a purchased license slot to a specific workstation Machine ID. Once a license key has been generated and bound to a hardware Machine ID, the digital seat is deemed consumed and non-cancellable.

3. 7-Day Refund Eligibility

We provide a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

The software experiences reproducible technical incompatibility on your supported Windows platform that cannot be resolved by our technical support within 3 business days.
Duplicate or erroneous debits initiated via the payment gateway.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment instrument (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days through Razorpay.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at support@bmos.in with your registered email, Invoice Reference number (e.g., RCPT_XXXX), and reason for cancellation.
